Wahoo!! Scan went well this morning and so now I am booked in for my egg collection on Tuesday morning. Well, this is incredibly nerve wracking and exciting at the same time!

Whilst I was in the clinic this morning there were other people there for their own collections but all were in couples. It was the first time I had felt like I stood out at the clinic but the feeling pretty much disappeared after seeing those beautiful follicles on the scan! I also made my nurse laugh by comparing my uterus to a coffee bean! I’m telling you that is what is looked like!

After a quick chat I was given my instructions for the weekend. Just two more days on injections, which is very nice to hear. Then Sunday night I give myself my trigger injection and let it do its magic ready for Tuesday morning. Now I am just praying that this cold is on its way out.
